Purpose Factory International (PFI) was born out of a simple but powerful realization:
young people around the world have immense potential—but far too few have access to the mentorship, confidence, and practical skills needed to turn that potential into opportunity.
PFI exists to close that gap.
Purpose Factory International emerged from the work of Purpose Factory, a U.S.-based Public Benefit Corporation (PBC) that equips CEOs, executives, and business owners to lead with purpose, integrity, and long-term impact.
Through years of coaching business leaders, Purpose Factory observed a consistent pattern:
leaders who had clarity of purpose and access to mentorship were far more likely to thrive—personally, professionally, and economically.
That same principle, when applied earlier in life, has exponential impact.
PFI was established as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit to take the leadership, entrepreneurship, and confidence-building frameworks developed in Purpose Factory and apply them to youth—particularly in underserved and emerging global contexts.
Purpose Factory International operates as an independent nonprofit while benefiting from strategic support provided by Purpose Factory, including:
Training & curriculum frameworks refined through years of executive development
Access to U.S. CEOs and business leaders for mentorship, sponsorship, and strategic guidance
Operational and financial support during PFI’s early growth and expansion
This relationship allows PFI to operate with maturity, discipline, and accountability well beyond that of a typical early-stage nonprofit.

Purpose Factory International operates through Youth Purpose Clubs, hosted by certified local partner organizations. This model ensures:
local ownership and leaderships
consistent training and standards
accountability and reporting
scalable, repeatable impact
We do not parachute programs into communities.
We equip and support those already serving them.
