Senior marketing work. Without the agency markup.
Social, content, and campaigns run by a trained team with an experienced practitioner signing off on everything that ships. Our rates are lower because of how we're built — not because we cut corners.
- Named account lead on every engagement
- Senior review before anything ships
- Written scope and revision policy
- 30 days' notice, no lock-in
Real marketing is priced for the company you'll be later.
An agency that will actually do the work — strategy, production, publishing, reporting — starts around eight to fifteen thousand a month. That number is not unreasonable. It is what it costs to run an agency with a downtown lease, an account services layer, and owners expecting a return.
So most businesses your size land somewhere worse: a freelancer who goes quiet in month three, a nephew with Canva, or a tool that promises automation and quietly hands the work back to you.
The gap isn't talent. It's cost structure.
A different cost structure. Not a discount.
Cheap marketing usually means somebody cut a corner. We didn't cut corners — we removed costs that never helped you in the first place.
- No profit distribution. We're a nonprofit. There are no owners taking a margin off your invoice.
- No office overhead. Our team is distributed. You aren't paying rent on a conference room you'll never sit in.
- No account-management layer. You work with the people doing the work, not a coordinator billing you to relay messages.
- Training is subsidized. Philanthropic support covers what a commercial agency would bill back to you as ramp time.
What we run.
Full-service social and marketing support for small businesses, founders, and mission-driven organizations.
Social media management
Channel strategy, content calendars, daily publishing, and community management across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, X, and YouTube.
Content production
Short-form video, motion graphics, carousels, photography direction, and reusable templates built to your brand.
Copywriting & email
Captions, blog articles, newsletters, and lifecycle email sequences written to sound like you — not like a template.
Brand & design systems
Logos, palettes, typography, style guides, and pitch collateral that keep every channel consistent.
Paid media
Campaign setup, audience building, creative testing, and honest performance reporting on Meta, Google, and TikTok.
Analytics & reporting
Monthly dashboards tied to the outcomes you care about — leads, bookings, revenue — not vanity metrics.
The teaching-hospital standard.
Residents do the work. Attending physicians sign the chart. Nothing leaves this building without review from someone who has done it before.
- 01
Trained before they touch your account
Every team member completes a structured program in social strategy, content production, copywriting, analytics, and client communication before being assigned to a paying client.
- 02
A named lead, not a queue
One person owns your account and you know their name. Questions go to them directly.
- 03
Senior sign-off on every deliverable
An experienced practitioner reviews the work before it reaches you. You get the energy of someone hungry and the judgment of someone seasoned.
- 04
Scoped like a real agency
Written deliverables, agreed timelines, monthly reporting, and a clear revision policy. A vendor relationship, not a favor you have to manage.
Published, so you can compare.

Who we do our best work for.
- You need marketing run consistently, not a one-off campaign.
- You'd rather have a named team than the cheapest possible bid.
- You can give feedback and approve work on a regular cadence.
- You want reporting tied to revenue, not impressions.
Working with us
Straightforward terms, published rates, and a written scope before any work starts.
The margin goes to a person, not an owner.
Purpose Factory International is a nonprofit corporation formed in Texas to advance entrepreneurship education. This agency is how we fund that work and how we teach it.
Talent is distributed evenly across the world. Opportunity is not. There are sharp, driven, English-speaking young people who could build a career in digital marketing tomorrow and have no obvious door into the industry, no first client willing to take the risk, and no portfolio to show anyone.
We train them, then put them on real client work with real deadlines and real accountability, supervised by practitioners who have done it before. They are paid for their work, not interning for exposure.
You are not buying charity. You are buying good work from people who were trained properly and are supervised closely — and the reason it costs less is that no one here is taking a cut.
Your marketing budget stops being an expense and starts being somebody's career.
We are a secular, non-partisan organization. We serve and employ people of every background and belief.
The things everyone asks.
Is the work actually good?
We'd rather show you than argue about it. Every team member is trained before their first assignment and every deliverable is reviewed by a senior practitioner before it reaches you. Ask for samples in your industry and judge for yourself.
How can you charge so much less than a normal agency?
Three reasons. We're a nonprofit, so no profit margin is added to your invoice. Our team is distributed, so we carry no office overhead. And philanthropic support covers training costs a commercial agency would bill back to you. Same work, different cost structure.
Who owns the work you produce?
You do. Full ownership of all deliverables transfers to you on delivery. We ask only for permission to show the work in our portfolio, and you can decline.
What if I'm not happy with something?
You'll have a named account lead and a written revision policy from day one. If it isn't working, we fix it. If it still isn't working, you can end the engagement with 30 days' notice.
Where is your team based?
Around the world, with a concentration in Central Asia, working remotely on schedules aligned to your time zone. Ask us about coverage for your hours.
How quickly can you start?
Most engagements begin within two weeks of a signed scope. Onboarding takes about a week — brand review, access setup, and a content plan you approve before anything publishes.
Tell us what you're trying to grow.
We'll come back with a scope, a rate, and the names of the people who'd be on it — usually within two business days.
